Participating accounts will be credited a one-time BONUS totaling up to $500 USD.  Clients must reach a Qualifying Return on Investment (‘ROI’) equaling 200% of the client's total deposits made during the Promotional Period prior to the end of the Promotional Period in order to withdraw the BONUS. The Bonus Promotion will be provided to you only if you agree to be bound by, and to comply with, the terms and conditions contained herein.

PROMOTIONAL BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General.     The terms and conditions contained herein apply to the Promotional Bonus (the ‘Promotion’) offer made available through the websites of Boston Merchant Financial (‘BMF’). All information made available to client pertaining to this Promotion, including information contained within websites of BMF, form a legal agreement between yourself and BMF.  By electing to participate in this Promotion you are indicating you agree to be bound the terms and conditions contained herein and contained within website material of BMF. BMF reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately at the time the amendment is executed.
2. Eligible Accounts.   To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, you must; be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the legal age of majority in your home country, state or province; be legally entitled to use our services in accordance with applicable law; establish a NEW account with BMF to be traded on the MetaTrader or BMF Pro platforms only; and make a deposit with BMF totaling no less then $300.00 USD.
3. Enrollment Period.   The Enrollment Period of this Promotion shall be ongoing and offered to all Eligible Accounts, as defined herein, with no defined time frame. However, BMF reserves the right to cease or end the Promotion at any time with no prior notice to current or prospective clients.
4. Promotional Period.   The Promotional Period shall run for a thirty (30) calendar day period (the ‘Promotional Period’), beginning on the date of client’s first deposit (‘Initial Deposit’) and ending at 4:30 P.M. E.S.T. on the thirtieth (30th) calendar day following receipt of such Initial Deposit. BMF reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion, including the Promotional Period.
5. Promotional Offer.   BMF will credit all participating Eligible Accounts, as defined herein, with a deposit (the ‘Bonus’) in the amount equal to the Initial Deposit made to such an account, up to $500.00 USD. Any subsequent deposits following the Initial Deposit will not be eligible for the Promotion and any Initial Deposit that exceeds $500.00 USD will be credited only with a Bonus amount totaling $500.00 USD.
6. Initial Deposit and Withdrawal Restrictions.   Participating accounts will be unable to withdraw any funds for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the Initial Deposit excluding those Participating Accounts who reach the Qualifying ROI as defined under section 7 herein.
7. Promotional Release and Withdrawal Restrictions.   Any and all Bonus credited to an account will not be eligible for withdrawal unless a 200% return on investment (‘Qualifying ROI’) is reached against the total deposits made, including Bonus, within the Promotional Period, as defined herein. At the end of the Promotional Period, the Qualifying ROI will be calculated against the Bonus amount, Initial Deposit, and any subsequent deposits made during the Promotional Period.  Should the account not reach the Qualifying ROI during the Promotional Period, BMF will reclaim the Bonus amount from such an account. Should the current balance and/or total equity of an applicable account total less then that of the Bonus amount, BMF is authorized to close all open positions, if applicable, and withdraw all funds from the account leaving a $0.00 balance. All participating clients agree that BMF is not liable for any market losses, including margin calls, as a result of withdrawals made by BMF following the end of the Promotional Period. Unrealized gains/losses or total equity of an account will not apply when calculating return on investment in determining Bonus withdrawal eligibility.
8. Liability.   BMF shall not be held liable for any loss resulting for a client’s participation or inability to participate in this Promotion. Further, BMF shall be indemnified by any participating client for any market loss or margin call resulting from BMF’s withdrawal of the Bonus following the Promotional Period in accordance with section 5 herein.
9. Amendments/Termination of Promotion.   BMF reserves the right to alter, amend, discontinue, terminate or cancel the Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, if there has been any errors in the promotional material, website content, printing, productions or distribution of promotion related material or other errors in communications regarding the Promotion. BMF further reserves the right to modify the rules of the Promotion at anytime by posting the modified terms on the relevant page of the website. Such modifications are effective immediately and by continued participation in the Promotion, you accept any such modified terms.
10. Third Parties.  Client may not assign or transfer any or all of his/her rights or obligations under the terms of conditions of the Promotion. No third party shall have a right to enforce any rights or obligations contained herein against BMF.
